Il bacaro (dal veneziano far bacara, letteralmente \u201cfar festa\u201d, ma anche da Bacco, il dio del vino e dei piaceri) \u00e8 una tradizionale osteria veneziana, luogo informale ed economico in cui sorseggiare diversi tipi di vino e gustarsi i celebri cichetti, deliziosi assaggini della tradizione culinaria veneta, da mangiare rigorosamente in piedi. L\u2019atmosfera \u00e8 rilassata e allegra e la clientela \u00e8 composta soprattutto da veneziani che si godono la loro ombra, il bicchiere di vino in dialetto veneto.<br \/>Pare che il primo bacaro, la Cantina do Mori risalga al 1462 e leggenda vuole sia stato frequentato dal celebre Giacomo Casanova.
